A senior official from the president's camp has revealed that Robert Mugabe who is the World's oldest and one of the longest serving Heads of State, will not be contesting in the presidential election in 2018, after he was reportedly advised to drop out of the race by his medical doctors. Although, it’s yet to be officially announced but the unidentified official while explaining the state of the president’s medical records was quoted on ZimNews saying:

Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, has advised Ghanaians not to vote for change as they head to the polls to vote for their next president on December 7th. In a statement released by his media aide, Lere Olayinka, Fayose said Nigerians voted for change in 2015 and are currently in hunger, suffering and economic recession.
